Which product is right for me?

That’s a great question! Here’s a breakdown of what each product is best used for:

Facebook Party Graphics – These collections of Facebook party posts are the perfect solution for virtual direct sellers who want to save time on the creative stuff.  Each pack is themed, which creates a visually appealing and cohesive party experience for your guests.  They contain everything from welcome posts to thank you’s to banners and blank images that are easily customizable within your favorite editing software.  Just add your product images and your Facebook party content is done! These packs can also be used on your Facebook business page and inside your customer group.  Each pack includes a How-To Guide with suggestions on how to use each post!

Social Media Posts – We want to help take the guesswork out of what to post. So we have monthly Canva templates to use on your Facebook Business Page, as well as ready made quote graphics for quick and easy posts on Facebook or Instagram.

For Leaders – If you are a direct sales leader, we know how precious your time is! We firmly believe that your time is best spent coaching and training your team or working your personal business, not fretting about what to post in your team group. So we create monthly posts for team groups that include a mix of community building and training posts that will help you streamline your post plan for each month.

How and when do I receive my products?

During checkout, you will be prompted to create an account on our website. You can use your email address or connect through Facebook. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes instructions on how to download your products. Your products are also available anytime by logging into your account and clicking on Downloads. There are no limits to the number of times you can download your purchases.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase? What is your return policy?

We want every customer experience to be a great one, but we also know that sometimes stuff happens. Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds on your purchase. All sales are final. If you experience any difficulty during the purchase process, please reach out to us at [email protected] We would be happy to help you!

Can I add my logo, website, or personal branding info to the images?

YES! We feel very strongly that every direct seller should be branded outside of the company they represent. Feel free to use your favorite editing software to add your personal branding to your images. In fact, we highly recommend it!

Can I share my products with my team or other business friend?

All of our products are licensed to the original purchaser to use in their own personal business and are not to be shared with anyone. Due to the nature of digital products, we understand that sharing can happen. We strive to keep our products affordable and easily accessible to everyone. If we suspect that your purchase is being shared, we reserve the right to revoke access to your account.

What about Facebook jail? If I post the same images as someone else, won't Facebook mark that as spam?

Facebook is always striving for authentic content that builds relationships among users on their platform. When you use personally branded content with text that you create, the risk of Facebook jail goes WAY down. We have never had an issue, nor do we foresee any issues, with our products triggering spam on Facebook due to the fact that we do not provide “canned” text with our products. We are simply helping you with the creative aspect, and you get to bring it to life with compelling and authentic text!
